Well done Jane at Masters League State of Origin
Jane our little powerhouse who earlier in the year competed in the online qualifier for the State of Origin, went on to the Invitationals to then qualify. She then went to Queensland to compete in the ACT group to get 3rd in Australia and New Zealand for the 50-59 individual category.
GO JANE! To say we are super proud is an understatement…
Onward and upward! Looking forward to getting a few more involved in 2018!
This competition is fairly unique where it is only for 35 year old and up and there is 3 levels for anyone to compete at.
The competition is aimed to be fun, non-intimidating and the needs of masters athletes have been carefully reflected in their programming. Master League Athletes are all in age Categories.
There are three stages – First stage>Online Comp> Second Stage > Invitationals.. The invitationals is a one day competition that is held in June >Stage Three The top 2 athletes from their age group & division qualify to represent their State/City to compete for the STATE OF ORIGIN/REGIONAL CUP Games.
